Because all backdrops are made-to-order based on the options you select, no cancellations, exchanges or returns will be accepted once your order goes into production. If in the event we allow an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, occluding return shipping, and a 50% stocking fee, as we will have to add the backdrop to clearance. Please check the design, size, and material before placing your order. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will need photos of the damage to the packaging and damage to the backdrop. When a package is damaged en route, it will often have a red "damaged" stamp on it with a file number. If there is a "damaged" stamp, please provide us with a photo of the stamp and file number. These photos are required for us to file a claim. After we have received the photos of the damage, you will receive an affidavit from us that needs to be signed and returned. Once the images and affidavit are received, a replacement backdrop will be shipped out immediately.

Please open your package within 48 hours of receipts. If you receive the wrong product by mistake, we will need to be notified within 7 days of receipt. If it is our error, we will create a new order for the correct backdrop.

If there is an issue with your backdrop, please reach out to us immediately. If necessary, we will offer a replacement. We do not offer refunds.

No refunds or returns are given for color differences. Please see the Backdrop Color Policy for more details.
